Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, said the celebration is centered in Ancol, North Jakarta. Several stages will be also provided in other areas to divide the masses.

“Several locations will be our personnel priority such as in Ancol, along Jalan Thamrin and Jalan Sudirman, and other stages,” he said, Thursday (12/22).

Security Level During Christmas and New Year Tightened

As for the security, his side prepares 3,000 Satpol PP personnel. The personnel will be placed in several areas. Totally, 150,000 joint personnel will secure the capital areas.
